I have always time for players who want to improve. We work together 6 days a week for 24h. Only Sunday is for recovery so use it to get ready for the next successful week.

We can work together from any city in the world. Your local coach can go on holidays, and it will negatively impact your game. With me as your VIRTUAL COACH you don’t have to worry about any pauses. Consistency is a key.
We want to improve your game so it doesn’t matter what your current level is. It is not important where you start but where you want to finish. Beginner or advanced you will take your game to the next level.
My role is not just to give you the information. My goal is to educate, so you can be your own coach on the court. With me, you will gain broad knowledge from different areas related to tennis improvement, so you will have better understanding of tennis
Every player is different. That is why you can be sure that your plan will be different than someone’s else. Your strengths, weaknesses, level of performance, and training possibilities will be taken into account while preparing the best methods for you. You are unique so you deserve unique plan.
It is not one-sided cooperation. I am here to help you, so you should use this opportunity to the maximum. Don’t be shy to ask any question because the more answers you have the better prepared you are on the court.
We are the team so Your success is my success too. Only perfect practice makes perfect so I won’t let You train without good results. I will make sure that Your practice is designed to meet Your tennis needs. You will have all the drills and goals written down – Your role is just to work.
Tournaments are important so you should play them. It is even more important to learn from competitive matches and we are going to do this every time. Review of a tournament match will be a great opportunity for you to see the reasons of a win/loss and understand areas that you have to include in Your next training sessions.
Without goals your tennis road will be really bumpy. Setting goals is a crucial process in sport so we are going to do this on a daily basis. Short and long-term goals will help us to direct your focus on proper actions and improve in a faster and easier way.
Proper technique is responsible for being healthy so we will take care of this aspect in details. Injuries are nightmares for all athletes and that is why we will do everything to make you play tennis safely for many years.
Building a game style
Every top player in the world has own game style that brings him/her many won points. We are going to do the same with your tennis. We will build specific game style that will help you use your strengths in the most effective way. From “a” player you will become “the” player.
Tennis is a demanding sport because it includes working on many different skills. As a team you don’t have to worry that some players know and work more than you. Technical efficiency, tactical effectiveness, physical preparation, mental strength, smart recovery, and balanced diet are areas that you will include into your daily schedule.
Practice is important, but without proper “fuel” you won’t go far. We will check your eating habits and see if there are some areas that we should address to change. No, you won’t be eating only a lettuce. Balanced diet means that you are not going to be hungry at any time, and you will have additional energy to finish the final set in your favour.
