Objectives: Recovery

– Cones are set on the baseline (ad side = yellow, deuce side = red)
– Coach tosses the ball to the backhand side
– Player runs around and hits forehand inside in or inside out
– After forehand inside out, player recovers to the yellow cone
– After forehand inside in, player recovers to the red cone
– Player repeats this pattern
