Backhand 1 air 1 bounce wobble target

 

 

Objectives: Backhand, Placement, Consistency, Control

Coach throws the ball to the backhand side. Child hits backhand and tries to make the target in the air and after the bounce. By performing this drill child learns how to control the pace and depth of the ball. These skills will help in the future while performing rally drills.
