– The goal is to learn how to transition to the net in the most effective way while dealing with a difficult alley ball

Kids rally with soccer skills

 

 

Objectives: Footwork, Coordination, Ball perception, Control, Consistency

Kids rally with each other. Kids have to stop the ball with body part before they hit it over the net using the racquet. The goal of this exercise is to develop motor skills that are necessary to build tennis skills. Additionally adding soccer skills on the tennis court makes this exercise more fun so kids are motivated to do it for a longer time

Jump rope side to side left

 

 

Objectives: Strength, Balance, Coordination

– Player faces the line
– Player jumps side to side over the line forward on the left leg
– After reaching the finish line player jumps side to side over the line backwards on the left leg
– The goal of this drill is to strengthen the left leg and improve coordination. Players lands a on the left leg all the time after the serve so proper practice helps to avoid possible injuries

– Coach feeds the lob
– Player hits overhead back to the coach to deuce side
– Coach hits another lob ball
– Player finishes with overhead to the AD side
– The goal of this drill is to learn how to adjust position to the lob ball and hit overhead to different court’s areas

Objectives: Technique, Strategy, Forehand

– Coach feeds high and deep balls to the deuce side
– Player learns how to deal with these balls while using different strokes
– Player tries to move back, take the ball right after the bounce, take the ball on the rise or take it out of the air
– The goal is to develop different responses to deep balls to be able to execute various shots against different opponents

– 2 zones (Red, Yellow) are set
– Player starts from the service line
– Coach feeds random balls
– Player hits the volley into one of the zones
– If the player hits the ball into the red zone he has to recover to the red cone
– If the player hits the ball into the yellow zone he has to recover to the yellow cone
– Player repeats this pattern

– The goal is to learn how to transition to the net after the serve and get confidence while hitting backhand volley

– The goal is to put the opponent behind the baseline by hitting deep return and finish with drop shot

Spinach tortilla

 

 

Ingredients:

Tortilla 120g

Mozzarella 50g

Spinach 200g

Rice 50g

 

 

 

Recipe:

Boil rice. Put spinach on frying pan. Cut mozzarella into slices. Put spinach, rice, and mozzarella on tortillas and put them into oven for few minutes. Enjoy your healthy mexican food
