– Coach stands in front of the player
– Coach throws the ball to the ride side
– Player jumps, catches the ball, lands on the right leg and throws the ball back
– Coach throws the ball to the left side
– Player jumps, catches the ball, lands on the left leg and throws the ball back
– Player repeats this pattern

– Player steps inside and outside the ladder with both legs
– Player tries go through the ladder as fast as possible
