FH recovery cone



Objectives: Recovery

– Cones are set on the baseline (deuce side = red, ad side = yellow)
– Coach tosses the ball to the forehand side
– Player runs and hits forehand stroke
– After forehand cross court, player recovers to the red cone
– After forehand down the line, player recovers to the yellow cone
– Player repeats this pattern
