BH back leg weight

 

 

Objectives: Footwork, Weight transfer,

– Player puts the body weight on the back leg
– Coach feeds the ball to the backhand side
– Player hits backhand without moving the feet
– The goal is to learn how to hit backhand stroke with the weight on the back leg. This skill is necessary while dealing with deep and fast balls
